We take care of our jobs, our spouses, our children, our pets and our homes before ever taking care of ourselves. But tell me something, how are we supposed to take care of ourselves if we are burnt out at the end of the day? We need to take control back and carve out time for ourselves. We will never be the perfect anything if we don't feel good about our bodies, inside and out. My name is Daniela LaFace and for the past 10 years I have been helping women in Stouffville, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan and Toronto lose weight, feel amazing and gain the confidence that was buried way down deep inside. My approach to a healthy life for my clients begins with my own experience. Once over 200 lbs, I found myself face to face with my doctor demanding I change my lifestyle or I will end up with colon cancer or infertility. That was enough to shake me. I began learning about fitness, took the Personal Training Course and started treating myself like a client. I lost 60lbs with my own method, and have helped clients do the same.
Life was not always easy, and as an emotional eater, it definitely challenged my discipline and motivation. I wasn't always perfect, and my clients appreciate my honesty. I have fallen off the wagon many times, but I have always found a way to get myself back on and lead in a stronger, fierce way. This is what I believe makes me a great coach and personal trainer. I have literally been in your shoes. I am not a 20 something with no baby pooch telling you to do cardio for 90 minutes a day. I am a mom of 2 young girls, a wife of a very busy entrepreneur and a lot of responsibilities fall on my shoulders. I get it. My programs are short, intense and results driven (both mentally and physically). I offer accountability, a shoulder to cry on, I give you motivation when you need it most, and don't allow for BS. I am here to give you the results you have always wanted, but could never achieve on your own.
